Before transitioning to the retail side of real estate, I owned an import company and small distribution warehouse for about 17 years that designed, manufactured, marketed and distributed products we created across a host of different sales channels, including most of the large big box retail stores and on television through home shopping channels. Before that, I was the top producing broker in a very competitive Wall St. stock brokerage firm where I went on to earn many professional distinctions.
The gray hair on my head has been earned through hard work, education, dedication, practical business experience and persistence. I am a marketing expert with vast knowledge of traditional and online methods of marketing your house. With regard to the sale of your home, when you list your home with me, your home becomes my “product” and I know how to get product into the hands of interested buyers. I’ve been doing that successfully for 17 years, selling to some of the toughest customers in the world – retail merchandisers at large retail stores. The product may be different but the technique to get it sold is similar.
With NY roots and a slightly refined NY attitude, I am not one to beat around the bush. Transparency, honesty, integrity and completing the task with a focus on service is of utmost importance to me. I am tough-as-nails during negotiations and am usually right on when it comes to pricing your home correctly to sell quickly.
